Mr. Caswell has over 18 years of financial management experience in manufacturing and software industries. Prior to CrickIT, he was Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and co-owner of E & O Tool & Plastics, Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer with locations in Elk River, MN and Monterrey, Mexico. He remains an owner of that company. Prior to that, he spent 4 years as Corporate Controller of IntraNet Solutions, Inc. (Stellent, Inc.), a publicly- traded software and printing company. He also spent 4 years in public accounting as a staff accountant. He specializes in operations and project management for the Company. Mr. Caswell founded the Company in June, 2008, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Mrs. Caswell has an entrepreneurial background, establishing multiple businesses including personal concierge services, accounting services, and retail product sales. Pam has extensive knowledge of the tradeshow industry, have participated in attendee, exhibitor and supplier roles. She is responsible for client relationship development, as well as sponsorship strategies. Mrs. Caswell attended the University of Minnesota, and graduated from the St Cloud Business College.

Mrs. Remhof has an extensive background in customer relations, serving in various customer service roles within professional organizations such as Prudential and ABI Administrative Services. Mrs. Remhof graduated from Argosy University with an AAS degree.
